Facilities

In 2001, the company completed a substantial factory extension, which increased floor space by 50 per cent - from 14,000 sq ft to 21,000 sq ft. The additional space considerably increased the main production area and included a new spray booth and new admin office. Further significant expansion of our product facilities is currently at the planning stage.

The facilities are equipped to undertake all design and production processes, from Computer Aided Design (CAD) and CNC Profile Cutting to manufacture and finishing.

The company is continuously updating its facilities to maintain a state-of-the-art capability. For example, during 2006-2007, design, manufacturing and finishing facilities were completely re-equipped. The new £1 million investment included new Plazma Cutter (above right), Roller Press (above), 600 tonne Press Brake (right), and profile cutter, as well as new drawing office facilities.

The business currently has 33 employees.
